Account Management

Each carrier is assigned an account manager representing the client inside the company. The account manager then handles all of the carrier’s concerns and tasks, including adding more trucks, replacing drivers, or even replacing a dispatcher.

Also, the account manager will check various paperwork to ensure they do not run out of date.
With such simplicity, it becomes easy for the carrier to carry out the rest of their tasks.

Driver Support and Social Profile of the Dispatcher

Each driver will be assigned a dispatcher that oversees their operations and handles all load bookings. The driver will also have an assistant that handles any queries the driver has relating to the load.
For the ease of the carrier, each dispatcher would have a social profile that contains all the necessary information they need to know.

These include their experience and their activities over the past week.

Activity Feed

Like any social media platform, the activity feed will help the carrier understand more about his drivers and their operations. He’d get to know the details of their loads, past activities, and current operations. All of this while not making a single phone call.

The carrier would also have a mobile application that tends to his requirements and provides information regarding his booked trips, comments, updates with the timestamps, the time the loads were created, history, paperwork, reports, etc. Our clients that subscribe to this feature can request the back office to receive invoices if they want to.

Preventive Maintenance

The Truck Management Software also allows the carrier to set up preventive maintenance alerts that notify him of any and every need for his trailers and trucks.

With that, the software also generates averages and reports of each driver, lest the carrier wants to compare the efficiency of each of them. This report includes his activities, inventory report, and gross earnings each driver brought to the company, therefore, allowing the carrier to make an effective analysis of his driver.
